We are seeking a motivated Air Freight Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role focuses on managing import shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth logistics and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

• Handle documentation, customs entries, and delivery instructions.

• Provide excellent customer service, tracking shipments and addressing inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and aviation safety policies.

• Prepare accurate quotes, convert them into jobs, and follow up to secure business.

Your Experience:

• Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid knowledge of UK customs law and procedures.

• Experience with Customs Declaration Service and Cargowise (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.

• Independent problem-solving and initiative-driven mindset.
