�? Our client, a leading organisation in the property sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their facilities team. This is a ?permanent?, full-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity for career growth.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and office improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain an organised inventory of facilities resources, such as equipment and furniture.
- Support team members in planning and executing office moves or re-locations.
- Invoicing, data entry and Office Management assistance
??? Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role you'll need
* A proactive, can-do approach
* Able to use initiative and manage multiple projects / tasks
* Confident communication skills and able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
* Proven experience in an administration support role
* Experience of Facilities Management, Health & Safety or Compliance Administration would be an advantage but is not essential
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Able to work well as part of a small team
* The ability to prioritise and manage a varying workload
* Tracking compliance information and meeting deadlines accordingly
* Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications
* Previous experience of invoicing would be an advantage
* Driving License required - occasional requirement to visit other sites / offices
