- Identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong prospect list for continuous new business.
New Business Implementation:
- Document client discussions for successful onboarding.
- Introduce team members for customer embedding.
RFP / RFQ Development & Management:
- Maintain and improve content in the company's repository.
- Assess requests for realistic opportunities.
CS Team Management:
- Mentor and motivate the team to increase profitability.
- Conduct regular appraisals and monitor team goals.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Contribute to marketing via social media.
- Collaborate to create new sales material.
Strategic Development:
- Identify new sales channels in aerospace.
- Propose new opportunities and develop presentations.
