- Winning specifications and selling a high quality range of bathroom products, taps and brassware.
- Managing an existing network of customer relationships, contacts and exiasting projects within architects, specifiers, interiors designers and high-end developers and contractors.
- Engaging with weekly incoming leads and marketing enquiries – identifying viable new business opportunities within projects.
- Utilising product, brand and marketing materials, working with experienced colleagues to provide technical guidance and advice.
- Building an effective and profitable sales and project pipeline (typical order values from £50K-400K per project).
- Managing CRM and database records, ensuring effective operational and sales processes.
- Prior experience in a similar specification sales role i.e. winning new projects with architects, specifiers or interior designers.
- Experience selling a related performance construction or interiors product.
- A confident and dynamic approach to sales, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The desire to contribute to a knowledgeable, professional, positive and supportive team.
