Sonic Summary

Freightserve is seeking a Pricing / Quotation Clerk for their busy Heathrow-based Freight Forwarder.
The role involves completing airfreight quotations, handling queries, assisting with invoicing, and general administration duties.
Candidates should have previous administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and applicants should have relevant experience in administration.

Freightserve are looking to recruit a Pricing / Quotation Clerk for a busy privately owned Heathrow based Freight Forwarder.

Duties:-

Completing Quotations (mainly Airfreight)
Dealing with queries
Full up on all Quotations sent
Assist with invoicing
Administration duties
Filing
Offering full support to Operations departments
Updating in-house system
Customer Services

Experience Required:-

Previous experience within administration
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
