Certification Engineer (9-Month Contract)
Location: West Drayton
Salary: £40,000 Pro Rota
Contract Length: 9 months
Hybrid Role: 3 days in office (Monday-Wednesday), 2 days remote (Thursday-Friday)
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Are you a meticulous and experienced professional with a passion for ensuring product compliance and safety? Join a successful team of this well established as a Certification Engineer in West Drayton and play a crucial role in upholding the regulatory and safety standards of their products!

Key Responsibilities:
" Oversee and manage product certifications and approvals.
" Develop and manage regulatory submissions with certification bodies.
" Review, manage, and update product compliance files.
" Enhance compliance processes and performance through innovative

initiatives.
" Stay current with new and revised product standards, regulations, and guidelines.
" Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product compliance.
" Support Client in obtaining EU or UK certification.
" Lead compliance and certification audits and support external auditors.
" Assist customers with certification projects.
" Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
" Undertake additional tasks within your capabilities as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
" Proven experience in compliance and conformity within an industrial environment or laboratory setting.
" Familiarity with product certification and legislation (CE, REACH, ROHS, SCIP).
" Experience in manufacturing processes such as injection moulding,

machining, and assembly.
" Ability to interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.
" Knowledge of internal and external audits is desirable.

Qualifications/Education:
" Degree in Quality, Product Design, Materials, or equivalent experience.
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Experience with SAP is advantageous.
