We have an exciting opportunity arisen with an excellent forwarder for a Fine Arts Logistics Coordinator.

You must have 1 years of experience in Exports.

Duties

- Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road and sea making sure we adhere to all relevant constraints (time, budget, scope, quality etc)

- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks

- Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers

- Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team

- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams

Skills

- You are fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus

- First experience in art shipping or in logistics and within the startup ecosystem, and an understanding of customs.

- You have strong analytical skills

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You are well organised and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritise

- You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic.

- You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment

- You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies

Salary Expectation: Max £31,000 with £1000 bonus annually

Shift Pattern: 8:30am or 9 until 5:30pm
