Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a short-term, office-based opportunity?

We are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our fantastic client, a leading international company based near Heathrow. This role will involve providing essential HR administrative support, managing databases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

This is an immediate start position, ideal for someone who has prior experience in HR administration, is confident using HR systems, and can easily commute to Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including updating employee records, filing, and maintaining HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and manage employee databases, including tracking holiday and sickness leave.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data on absences and other relevant employee information.
  • Occasionally assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and HR matters.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of HR administration experience within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and excellent IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure.
