Job Title: Parts Advisor (Multi-Vehicle Makes and Models)

Salary: 28-32K
About Us:
Our client are a leading automotive service provider, dedicated to offering top-quality parts and exceptional customer service. They specialise in a wide range of vehicle makes and models, and are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on parts for various vehicle makes and models, ensuring they receive the right part for their needs.
- Handle parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels for all vehicle types.
- Assist with identifying and sourcing hard-to-find or specialty parts.
- Provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person.
- Work closely with the workshop and sales teams to ensure seamless parts provision.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle parts and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts advisor role, preferably with a range of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, vehicle diagrams, and technical manuals.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.
Salary: 28-32k Depending on Experience
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8-6 with 1 in 4 Weekends
