Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Telematics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telematics equipment on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance for mission-critical communication systems. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to delivering reliable solutions in the CNI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain telematics equipment on various vehicle types.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on telematics systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement telematics solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on telematics systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
  • Document all work performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telematics Engineer, Auto Electrician, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle electronics and telematics systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software used for telematics equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in automotive electronics or telematics.
  • Experience working with mission-critical communication systems.
