Service Desk Analyst - (Service Desk, Office 365, Active Directory, Hardware Support, AD, Windows, o365, Exchange, AzureAD, Ticketing) - Permanent - West Drayton

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis for a fast growing, very prestigious business based in West Drayton.

This is a 5 day per week onsite role.

Location: West Drayton

Salary: £25,000 per annum D.O.E

Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Previous experience working on a Service Desk is vital
  • Extensive Active Directory
  • Strong o365 experience
  • Previous experience of working with ticketing systems, any vendor product
  • Experience of working with remote monitoring tools
  • Strong troubleshooting/fault finding experience
  • Any Exchange experience is highly desirable
  • AzureAD experience is highly desirable

Start date is ASAP for the Service Desk Analyst

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely manner
  • Being the first point of contact on the Service Desk.
  • New Starters and Leavers administration from the technical perspective
  • Working to and within already agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Providing Application Support when needed
  • Providing high levels of 1st and 2nd line call fix where possible
  • Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktop and laptop numbers within the business
