Our client based in West Drayton is looking for an Amazon Vendor Specialist to join their team. If you're passionate about e-commerce and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Vendor Specialist to manage our Amazon vendor relationships and drive operational excellence across all our Amazon channels. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising sales, improving customer experience, and enhancing our brand presence on the platform.
  • Champion strategic vendor partnerships and drive growth initiatives
  • Optimise product listings, ensuring visibility and maximising sales potential
  • Proactively identify and exploit new business opportunities on Amazon platforms
  • Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing the catalogue and content management, images, pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns, while monitoring sales by analysing data for discounted items.
  • SKU and UPC management: descriptions, new item set up, activation/deactivation, attribute and image optimization, inventory and shipment management
  • Monitor product inventory and direct flow of inventory to Amazon Vendor platforms.
  • Support Amazon Vendor Central initiatives that includes but is not limited to: creating listings, content management, imagery management, merchandising, display advertising and search marketing campaigns.
  • Contacting Amazon to resolve product listing issues and raising cases in order to retain and grow Vendor account.
  • Develop Amazon reporting summaries on their platform (ARA), search term analytics and competitive benchmarking and make recommendations to drive business KPI, providing daily and monthly sales data reports.
  • Proactively work to identify sales performance issues and resolve them quickly
  • Strong experience with Amazon Brand Management on Amazon Vendor platform, paid marketing i.e. sponsored brands & products.
  • Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth
  • Understanding and ability to navigate Amazon’s systems with know-how to help resolve any Amazon.com issues
  • Execute and aid in continued development of our marketplace strategy for Amazon, eBay, and other third-party marketplaces with a full understanding of all the necessary supporting functions and roles of E-commerce
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing Amazon vendor relationships and driving sales performance
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's operational processes and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Certification in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a similar e-commerce role
