Job Overview:
As the successful Injection Mould Setter, your primary function will beSetting and Operating of Moulding Machines within your section and assisting in completing orders on time and at the correct quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and optimise the injection moulding process to achieve the best processing conditions.
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes.
  • Maintain departmental records and reports.
  • Provide support to tool design function when required.
  • Provide support to production when required.
  • Identify and arrange for rectification of defective equipment.
  • Deputise for assistant manager in his absence.
  • Assist and develop colleagues within the department
  • Ensure the department fully complies with current Health and Safety Regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Carry out any reasonable tasks which fall within your capabilities.

Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive manufacturing experience with injection moulding and assembly equipment.
  • At least 2+ years of Injection Mould Setting experience.
  • Assembly and moulding equipment experience.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Ideally qualified to IMT level 3 or equivalent

Hours of Work:
  • 40.25 hours per week
  • 7pm to 7am
