Omega is delighted to be working with a leader in the manufacturing industry, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join their Moulding Department in West Drayton. This role is essential in ensuring production efficiency, delivering high-quality results, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and optimize injection moulding processes for peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and production issues.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and reports.
• Provide support to tool design and production functions.
• Identify and rectify defective equipment.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Manager when required.
• Assist in developing and supporting colleagues within the department.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, aligned with your capabilities.
