This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the Civil Litigation department across multiple offices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with the Beaconsfield role ideal for a more junior candidate seeking development and mentoring.
  • Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department.
  • Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
