(1 x standard day shift & 1 x 24/7 day shift)

7-7 – 3s, and 2s Panama Shift and Monday to Friday Day shift

Maintenance Engineer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To maximise machinery output and minimise plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practice

• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.
• Ensure that reactive tasks across the site are completed and be proactive in identifying root causes and highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
• Ensure that work is correctly controlled through Engineering procedures, i.e. LOTOTO and the Permit System.
• Ensure that routine PPM is carried out on all M&E plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
• Ensure that all critical equipment operational issues are brought to the attention of Engineering management immediately.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements

• Electrical and mechanical engineering experience within a high volume manufacturing environment and will have completed an advanced apprenticeship in engineering or relevant qualification.
• Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering.
• · 2. 4 years of engineering experience.

Maintenance Engineer Benefits

• 2x roles, 1x Day shift and 1x Panama shift

• 5% pension

• Holiday – days 25BH

• Shift – basic time shift allowance of 20%

• OT  Rates Days – 1.3 week / sat 1.5 / sun bh 2

• Salary of 45k
