Are you a skilled Production Engineer looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a global leader in innovative manufacturing solutions within the plumbing and water control industry. This is your chance to join a company that designs and distributes cutting-edge products used worldwide!Location: West Drayton  Salary: £40,000 - £45,000  Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% office-based)  Interview Process:- Stage 1:MS Teams interview  - Stage 2: Face-to-face  Key Responsibilities- Drive cost savings and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.- Solve complex production challenges using Six Sigma tools and problem-solving techniques.- Optimise manufacturing processes to meet quality and safety standards.- Work closely with Quality Engineers to verify and improve quality control systems.- Monitor and improve moulding processes (experience beneficial but not essential).- Create and refine operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.- Lead root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.- Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) for design and process improvements.- Identify and mitigate health and safety risks through risk assessments.What You Bring:- A strong background in production engineering with experience in process improvement and problem-solving.- Proficiency in Excel and CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).- A Six Sigma toolbox mindset, focused on driving continuous improvements.- Experience with injection moulding and assembly equipment (desired but not essential).- A solid understanding of HSE processes and standards.- Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent work-based experience (advanced apprenticeship considered).- 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.Perks & Benefits:- Flexible holiday buy/sell scheme  - Recognition and reward schemes- Internal and external learning & development opportunities- Cycle to work & Tech scheme  - Employee assistance programThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative team in a global organisation.
