We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Hillingdon. This role is set to begin in April for the summer term, with the potential to become a permanent position from September. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and ready to contribute positively to our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver educational activities that foster the intellectual and social development of children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain daily records and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate educational activities.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Early Years Teacher Status (EYT), Early Years Professional Status (EYPS), or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of the early years curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250.
