- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including preparation of contracts, updating HR & Payroll systems , and handling employee onboarding and payroll changes on time.
- Serve as a go-to resource for HR & Payroll inquiries, providing consistent answers based on company policies.
- Process end to end Payroll for the whole team.
- Perform compliance checks for new starters/renewals, including DBS and 5-year employment checks.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all employee data.
- Add staff to the All-Day Clocking portal and face recognition system, and generate weekly clocking reports for Managers.
- End to end Payroll experience
- Knowledge of HMRC payroll procedures.
- Strong experience with payroll systems (Moorepay is a plus).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Clear communicator with a supportive, patient approach.
- Excel competency (Pivot & VLOOKUP).
