A fantastic opportunity exists for a skilled Payroller to join a dynamic team on a 12-month temporary basis.
The role offers hybrid working options and comes with impressive holiday and pension entitlements.
Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and pension administration, as well as a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include processing various payroll-related documentation, handling statutory deductions, and providing advice on pay and taxation.
The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

· Strong experience processing payroll from end to end

· Strong experience with pension administration

· Administrating new starter documentation and processing required leaver paperwork

· Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions

· Processing P45, P60, P11D

· Submitting monthly PAYE and pension contributions on schedule

· Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to pay, taxation and national insurance

· Ability to perform manual calculations of payments when needed

· Support with annual returns to HMRC including Year End processes and procedures

· Reconciling payroll reports and monthly journals

· Experience in processing payroll via timesheet

· Supporting the Head of Finance with ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects

· Posting intercompany recharges

· Staying up to date with changes in payroll and pension legislation and best practices
