A strong Payroller is needed for a 12-month temporary position with hybrid working options available later on.
Candidates should have extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing and pension administration.
The role includes managing new starter documentation, leaver paperwork, and various payment processing tasks such as holiday and statutory deductions.
A salary of £30,000 to £35,000 is offered, and applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The position also involves providing payroll-related advice and supporting annual returns to HMRC.

· Strong experience processing payroll from end to end

· Strong experience with pension administration

· Administrating new starter documentation and processing required leaver paperwork

· Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions

· Processing P45, P60, P11D

· Submitting monthly PAYE and pension contributions on schedule

· Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to pay, taxation and national insurance

· Ability to perform manual calculations of payments when needed

· Support with annual returns to HMRC including Year End processes and procedures

· Reconciling payroll reports and monthly journals

· Experience in processing payroll via timesheet

· Supporting the Head of Finance with ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects

· Posting intercompany recharges

· Staying up to date with changes in payroll and pension legislation and best practices
