Job Title: Quality Auditor

Based in West Drayton, London

Temporary to Permanent job role

Paying £30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect products from suppliers and operations using visual inspection, measurement, and testing.
  • Report non-conformances and complete quality audits.
  • Conduct Trial Batch verification tests and report results to the APQP group.
  • Verify corrective and preventative actions through audits.
  • Train operations colleagues in auditing and product release.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure proper PPE usage.
Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong problem-solving skills to improve production processes.
  • Familiarity with quality audit procedures and compliance.
  • Excellent numeracy and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in visual inspection and recognizing defects.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Self-Audit certification is preferred.
  • Skilled in using hand tools for measurement.
  • Safe operation of Hydrostatic and Tensile testers.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and test requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of Goods Inwards and Batch Testing requirements.
  • Support operations by testing products for functionality.
