Salary £35,000 - £38,000
Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join this established and highly successful department. A company with a modern, refreshing approach to estate agency. Through perseverance they have gained a fantastic reputation for integrity, Professionalism and transparency. You will be working closely with a great team who have fantastic knowledge looking after a portfolio of 80 managed properties. Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
- Processing insurance claims
- Approving and processing invoices
- Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiating deposit returns
The Individual:
- Arla Qualification is advantageous.
- Driver with own vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Firm knowledge of all property management law
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
