PEAR Recruitment - Property Manager - West Drayton

Salary £35,000 - £38,000

Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join this established and highly successful department. A company with a modern, refreshing approach to estate agency. Through perseverance they have gained a fantastic reputation for integrity, Professionalism and transparency. You will be working closely with a great team who have fantastic knowledge looking after a portfolio of 80 managed properties. If you have previously worked within the property industry and have experience as a Property Manager. This role maybe the challenge you are looking for, please send your CV to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
  • Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Approving and processing invoices
  • Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
  • Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
  • Negotiating deposit returns

The Individual:

  • Arla Qualification is advantageous.
  • Driver with own vehicle
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Firm knowledge of all property management law
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
  • Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
