- Manage tenancy renewals, property inspections, maintenance requests, and rent arrears
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and company policies
- Handle and resolve property-related issues with a high level of professionalism
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance
- Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and ensure an outstanding client experience
- Previous experience in residential property management within an estate agency or lettings setting
- Strong knowledge of lettings processes and property management best practices
- Highly organised, with excellent administration and prioritisation skills
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Customer-focused, with an ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
