Description

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Invoice Processing: Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Payroll Support: Provide support in processing payroll, including time sheet verification and payroll calculations.
  • Audit Assistance: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
  • Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments to resolve any accounting-related queries.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Job Offer
