Time 8:30am – 3:30pm

Overview:
Supply Desk are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school based in West Drayton on a long-term contract possibly then leading into a permanent position. The role will be starting as soon as possible on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be teaching Science.

About the role:
Supply Desk is partnering with a secondary school in West Drayton that is seeking a qualified Science Teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in classroom instruction, supported by relevant qualifications. They should demonstrate effective planning skills tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of students and exhibit strong classroom management abilities. A positive and proactive approach is essential for cultivating meaningful relationships with students. The ideal candidate must:
- Have the right to work within the UK
- Have experience working within a classroom
- DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
- Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
- Good subject knowledge of Science curriculum
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- A QTS or PGCE or overseas trained teacher to UK equivalent
- Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
