EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant - Reception - Hillingdon

A large Primary School in the Borough of Hillingdon are looking to recruit an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant.

As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children with social communication difficulties. You will provide academic, social and emotional support as an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, working with children on a 1:1 and / or small group basis.

  • Good academic record (degree ideal but not essential, A levels & GCSEs)
  • Good understanding of SEN is required
  • Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN, would be ideal
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEN
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to learn
  • Calm and compassionate nature
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and sensitivity
