Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of special educational needs.
Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies.

Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills.
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.
Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent) is an advantage, but not essential.
