We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedPrimary SEN Teacherto join a thriving and supportive, OFSTED GOOD, mainstream primary school in Hillingdon, UB7. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture a small group of young learners in Reception &Year 1 within their well equippedalternative provision.

You will be helping them to reach their full potential in a stimulating and creative environment, there are 11 students in the morning and 4 in the afternoon - with a strong team of LSAs and a HLTA to support you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
Teach a small group of students with SEN including ASD, some who are non verbal and some who are verbal.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school OR SEN setting
A strong understanding of the Britishcurriculum and the ability to tailor lessons to meet the needs of SEN.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
