  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and carers to discuss student progress.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide holistic support for students' academic and personal growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience or a relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs Education is highly desirable.
  • Passionate about working with children and committed to supporting their individual learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
