Salary - 31,650 to 43,607

Main tasks and jobs:
- Plan fun and engaging sessions to maximise learner engagement.
- Develop and implement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents.
- Monitor student progress and record progress.
- Monitor and record learners' attendance.
- Work with learners to develop their ability to self-regulate where needed.
Candidate profile:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching SEN children, particularly children with severe learning difficulties and autism.
- Experience working with EQUALS curriculum would be beneficial.
- Experience with non-linear developmental assessment frameworks (e.g. Routes for Learning, SCERTS) would be beneficial.
- Passion for working with SEN children.
