Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Proven experience teaching SEN children, particularly those with severe learning difficulties and autism

  • Experience with the EQUALS curriculum is advantageous

  • Familiarity with non-linear developmental assessment frameworks (e.g., Routes for Learning, SCERTS) is beneficial

  • A passion for working with SEN children
