Position: Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).

Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record of working with students with a range of special educational needs.* Excellent communications, leadership, and organisational skills.* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)* National Award for SEN Coordination of willingness to work towards it.

The post would suit an experienced SENCO or Inclusion Manager who is able to take over a successful team of Teaching Assistants and provide excellent pastoral care across the school whilst being local to the West Drayton area. You will be joining a very friendly staff team who really do go all out to provide an exceptional education for children attending the school.
