Salary: £60 - £65,000

I am recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join an established FMCG manufacturer, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong manufacturing background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Have an engineering qualification.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
