Exciting Temp to Perm Opportunity for the right candidate!Our client, based near Heathrow, is looking to increase their Warehouse support with someone who either can use a forklift truck, or is happy to be trained to do so. You will be:
- IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Able to do heavy lifting in a physically demanding role
- A great team player with a great work ethic
- Willing to do overtime as and when required
- Able to learn the stock control inventory system
- Able to confidently communicate with internal and external clients, receiving instruction and giving advice
General duties include:* Unloading of vehicles adhering to relevant risk assessments. * Accurately and efficiently moving goods between different locations within the operation.* Where required, ensuring correct use of handheld scanners to return goods.* Being part of the team contributing to a safe working environment.* Immediately escalating to the Warehouse Support Manager any instances of stock anomalies or inaccuracies within the department they are working.* Deep cleaning of rental equipment as required and instructed by your line manager. * Complete any other ad hoc requests as required.* When required, assisting loading and unloading of customers own equipment in storage containers. * Maintaining at all times the highest of standards of general maintenance and housekeeping within the facility.
