Experienced Warehouse Operative needed! Streamline Search are actively working with a market leading events company operating near Heathrow who are now looking for experienced warehouse staff to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated experience in warehouse operations.
(Warehouse Operative) - Position Overview
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and loading of equipment.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimise productivity and minimise errors.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the integrity of products during handling and storage.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, reporting any issues for timely repairs.
(Warehouse Operative) - Position Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations role.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Understanding of a 3PL Warehouse.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
(Warehouse Operative) - Position Remuneration
- Salary £26,000.00 - £29,000.00 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
- 20 days + bank holidays
