What's involved?

As a Proactive Sales Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans that drive the company's success and exceed objectives.
  • Spot and seize new MICE and Group business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with potential clients
  • Cultivate existing client accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Investigate market trends, competitor behaviour, and customer insights to sharpen our sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and dynamic campaigns.
  • Create comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and presentations that inform and impress senior management.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and enhance visibility.
