Mitie is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for their new Grosvenor contract, starting immediately.
The position is based at 25 Eccleston Place SW1W 9NF and involves answering calls, responding to queries, logging jobs, and raising quotes and POs.
Candidates should have a scheduling background along with strong administrative and customer-facing skills.
The role requires immediate availability and is office-based only.

Mitie are looking for an Facilities Coordinator to start immediately on Mitie's new Grosvenor contract.

Based out of 25 Eccleston Place SW1W 9NF, operatives will be doing the following:

Answering calls
responding to queries over the phone and via email
logging jobs
Assigned PPMs
Raising quotes and POs

Looking for Someone from a scheduling background with strong admin and customer facing skills. Ideally looking for candidates that can start ASAP

This job is office based only

Pay rate is 15 per hour PAYE
