What Does the Role Entail?
Your expertise in grilling and steak cooking techniques will shine through as you lead the team in crafting a menu that blends contemporary and traditional flavours. You will be an effective communicator and utilise strong leadership as you navigate the fast-paced environment, fostering an organised and efficient kitchen. You will ensure every dish that leaves the Kitchen is on par with the excellence this site commands. Your commitment to detail and drive will be evident in every aspect, and you will play a pivotal role in training and developing your Back-of-House team members, instilling a passion for culinary excellence.
What Skills Will You Have?
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or similar upscale environment. Your passion and knowledge of grilling techniques, along with a demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively, will set you apart. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keen attention to detail will ensure your success in maintaining the high-quality standards we uphold.
