What's involved?
- Prepare daily pastries, contribute to recipe development, and ensure quality.
- Guide and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor ingredients, manage stock, and control costs.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation.
- Occasionally interact with guests for feedback and menu explanations.
