What's involved?

As Sales Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will actively meet and exceed sales targets and prifit margins
