Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the West End . My client is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a large retail site in the West End. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site. Working within a team of engineers on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to 45,000 + overtime, further training and career progression.

- Week 2 - Wednesday 07:00 - 16:00 / Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 / Friday 07:00 - 16:00
- Week 3 - Monday - Friday 09:30 - 20:00
- Week 4 - Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Hydraulicsand Pneumatics
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS Systems
- UPS Systems
- City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Mechanical
- City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
