Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Near Waterloo Train Station, London

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at a prestigious Grade 1 listed building located near Waterloo Train Station. This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine electrical maintenance and fault finding across the building's electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, building regulations, and health & safety procedures.
• Work across both day and night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
• Manage and maintain electrical installations, wiring, and controls in a historic building.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service and ensure the smooth operation of the building.

Shift Pattern:

• 4 days on, 4 days off
• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (day and night shifts)

Requirements:

• Must hold Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition.
• Experience working in a Grade 1 listed building or similar heritage properties is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fault-finding techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to 38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• 2,000 shift allowance
• Unlimited overtime (paid at competitive rates)
• Potential for permanent employment following a successful probationary period.
