This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on securing sales, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a high-end property portfolio.
Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will:
- Conduct property viewings and valuations to deliver successful sales.
- Secure new instructions and expand the agency's portfolio of luxury properties.
- Mentor and develop junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Company Director to shape sales strategies and implement marketing and operational plans.
What You Bring:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in UK residential property sales.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service expertise.
- Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in property software and IT systems.
- Certifications: Industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential.

- A competitive basic salary of up to 24,000, with on-target earnings exceeding 57,000.
