Our client, a leading operator in the restaurants and leisure sector, is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their senior leadership team at their head office in Central London.

This business is private equity owned and is on a trajectory of impressive growth, presenting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to their success.

Operating iconic restaurants and hotels across the UK, with major locations in Central London, the business is now looking to expand further.

The HR Director will play a crucial role in the 'people agenda', ensuring that the business has the right talent to support its ambitious growth plans. This individual will work closely with the CEO and founders in key decision-making processes.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Director, ideally with a background in the restaurant, leisure, or service industries. Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Director or Head of HR is highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the company's HR and people strategy and influence business decisions.

This HR Director role is based in Central London, with hybrid working available.
