Job role: Temporary Private Medical Receptionist

Location: Mayfair/Marylebone
My client is looking for a private medical receptionist to join their team providing adhoc cover at multiple sites in Mayfair/Marylebone. The client manages buildings for tenants and these tenants mostly consist of medical clinics. If you have medical experience that would be a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all visitors / deliveries
- Answering and diverting mainline telephone calls
- Directing patients
- Diary management
- Co-orientating with doctors
- Open and sort incoming post
- General administrative duties i.e. photocopying / filing
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
- Extremely well spoken and presented
- Polite and courteous nature
- Highly organised and calm in nature
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- IT skills- efficient in Microsoft Office
