Pay and Reward Consultant
Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in London who are seeking a Pay and Reward Consultant to Consultant with expertise in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation. We are looking for a skilled professional to focus exclusively on conducting Hay evaluations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in job assessments
The role is initially for 3 months, and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Hay Method job evaluations with precision and expertise
* Ensure fair and consistent job grading and benchmarking
* Work efficiently to complete evaluations within set timeframes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights based on evaluation outcomes
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in the Hay Method of Job Evaluation
* Strong analytical and job assessment skills
* Ability to work independently with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
