What's involved?

As Rooms Division Manager you will oversee the seamless operations of this boutique hotel including the Front Office, Housekeeping and maintenance team, whilst deal with any visitors and contractors on site. Although you will report to the General Manager, you will expected to cover in their absence and be flexible to work weekends as & when required. Also have a good understanding on budgets, forecasts and performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Candidates will stand a better chance if they have previous Front Office Supervisory to Guest Service Management experience within a 50 - 100 bedroom Hotel or will consider serviced apartments and have a passion for the industry as well as a Can do, hands ON approach. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop by gaining experience within Health & Safety, Operations and some F&B.
