Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an apartment block in Pimlico, London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

What's involved?

• As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting their portfolio of serviced apartments to corporate clients, relocation agencies, and travel management companies.

What is needed?

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, in the serviced apartment or corporate housing sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Immediately available with no prior commitments such as holiday or notice period
• Willingness to travel as required
• BTR (Build to rent) experience
• Have the right to work in the UK
